 <li>In Progress: The Assignee works on the Action Item and notifies the Assignor upon completion. The Assignor subsequently moves it to In Review.</li>
 <li>In Review: The Assignor assesses whether the Action Item meets completion criteria, moving it to Done if satisfactory; if not completed, they provide feedback and revert it back to In Progress while notifying the Assignee.</li>
 <li>Done: The Assignor finalizes the Action Item status once all requirements have been met.</li>
</ul>

Beyond its educational offerings, this app includes suggested activities tailored for each phase of D-M-A-I-C, ensuring both standardization and customization in reporting and action item tracking.
